  • Sodium metabisulfite

  • Sodium dehydroacetate
    This product has a broad-spectrum antibiotic action, strong bacteriostatic capability, a broad wide for bacteriostasis and is not conditioned by pH values. In acidic, neutral and alkaline condition, its effect is well, especially for mold, yeast and bacteria, and the effective working concentration is low. And heat resistance and light resistance is good, besides, it will not be breaken down and evaporated with steam during food produced. The testing proved that it is almost nontoxic, safe. It doesn't produce abnormal off-flavor in use, so it can prevent rancidness, obviously extend its storage time.
  • Sodium diacetate
    used in the food additive extensively (for instance, toasts food, candy, fat, meat products, oil, soy sauce, dressing, pastry, fast food, soup custard and powder stock,etc.); Grain fodder and green-feed additive; The printing and dye industry is used as the acid pharmaceutical; Use as even to take pharmaceutical, buffer, rust inhibitor and reply and worthy of and defend mould main batching of pharmaceutical,etc.

  • Jerusalem artichoke flour/powder

    for meats. Recommended for use in low sodium meats. Highly soluble in aqueous solutions.

  • Calcium pyrophosphate
    Calcium pyrophosphate is a kind of white powder, insoluble in water and alcohol, soluble in
    dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, acidic water suspension.
  • Sodium hypophosphite
    Sodium Hypophosphite (SHPP) acts as a reducing agent to supply the electrons necessary
    for the Electroless Nickel process. The EN process allows for uniform plating thickness on
    not only metal objects, but also plastics and ceramics. SHPP may be used as a reducing
    agent or antioxidant in chemical processing, also may be used as a partial fire retardant.
  • Trisodium phosphate -TSP
    Trisodium Phosphate has been used in the food industry as emulsifying agent,  quality improver
    agent, buffer, sequestrant, emulsion stabilizer, baking agent for cereals, nutrient and PH regulator.
    Can be used for ham, meat, fish, shrimp, crabs, cans, fruit juices, beverages and dairy products.
