  • Disodium phosphate -DSP
    Disodium phosphate is used in the food industry as emulsifying agent, buffering agent,
    and brine constituent. Examples such as processed cheeses and dairy products.
  • Monosodium phosphate - MSP
    Monosodium phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifying agent, buffer and nutrient.
    Examples include: buffer in foodstuffs, ingredient in emulsifying salts for processed cheese, as
    component of other mix phosphates for processed meat products.
  • Tetra sodium pyrophosphate - TSPP
    Tetra Sodium pyrophosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifying agent, nutrient and
    texturing agent in applications including: processed cheese, seafood products, hamburgers and meat.
  • Sodium hexametaphosphate -SHMP
    Food grade: mainly used as additive agent,  PH adjusting agent, fermenting agent, and nourishment, etc
  • Sodium acid pyrophosphate -- SAPP

    SAPP Used as buffering agent, leavening agent, sequestrant agent. it can be used in canned food, ham, meat, baking powder and so on. As a leavening agent, it may shorten ferme time, lower the breakage, make the porous space in good order and therefore lengthen the shelf life.

  • Sodium tripolyphosphate -- STPP

    The majority of STPP is consumed as a component of commercial detergents.

    STPP is a preservative for seafood, meats, poultry, and animal feeds.

    Other uses (hundreds of thousands of tons/year) include "ceramics, leather tanning(as masking agent and synthetic tanning agent - SYNTAN), anticaking, setting retarders, flame retardants, paper, etc.

  • Phosphoric Acid

    Phosphoric Acid may be used to produce variety of Phosphates, electrolyte treatment liquids or chemical treatment liquids, refractory mortar with phosphoric acid and inorganic coheretant. Phosporic acid is also used as a catalyst, drying agent and cleaner.

  • Trisodium hydrogen pyrophosphate

    Food, Emulsifier for processed cheese.

    Baking agent for cereals. Buffer for processed foods.

  • Compound phosphates

    Added in meat such as chopper, brines; sea food such asfrozen shrimp, fish, surimi, frozen cephalopod, shellfish. Dairy and baked food etc, production process.

  • Polysorbate

    Used as emulsifier, foaming agent, lubricant, solubilizing agent, antistatic agent, washing agent, dispersing agent, degreasing agent and chemical intermediate in the industry.

  • Sorbitan fatty

    DMG can form complexes with protein and starch, and can form insoluble complexes with amylose starch to prevent the recrystallization after cooling to prevent the aging of starch retrogradation, making bread, cake, potato products and other starch-rich foods remain fresh and soft for a long time.

  • Inulin

    Inulin is used for high blood fats, including cholesterol and triglycerides. It is also used for weight loss, constipation, and as a food additive to improve taste.

    Applied in fields of health products and pharmaceutical, used ass immunomodulatory agents and immune-stimulating hormone.
